‘Fresh foods’ and ‘sunfired foods’ are names given by Dr. Aris LaTham to his gourmet, raw food cuisine. Dr. LaTham presented his food philosophy, “change your diet and change your life” in both English and Spanish during the six hour food preparation class at Cerro Brujo Restaurant in Volcan on October 20th.
